Hi, I'm Matt McGee.

I have a very specific skill that I'm damn good at: organic lead gen and marketing for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages.

I hate buying leads, cold-calling, and mass texting. I hate closing gifts. Signing day should be the start of something, not the end.

I believe most agents spend too much time and money trying to reach people who don't need a real estate agent, and too little time and money trying to reach people who do.

In my 20+ year career, I've consulted with major brands like Target and The Weather Channel, but my heart is with helping small business owners.
