AI Overviews Continue to Rise in Real Estate Searches

Happy September! A new month means another check of how many real estate searches produce AI Overviews in Google's search results.

The answer: 49% of the 250 keywords I track now have an AI Overview.

49% of Google real estate searches show an AI Overview

We went from 46% in August to 49% this month (from 115 keywords then to 123 now). As has been the case each month, some keywords that used to show an AI Overview didn't this month.

All 123 keywords are in the "informational" keyword bucket; no "commercial" or "navigational" real estate keywords that I'm tracking currently have an AI Overview.

As I was tracking all this last week, I kept noticing several keywords that I expected to show an AIO didn't show one.

So I did some more digging and discovered two types of keywords -- two words, essentially -- where Google almost never shows an AI Overview. These are very commonly searched real estate words, too.

(Note for Mastermind Community members: I shared this keyword discovery with you, too. See this post for the details. And remember that you also have access to the full spreadsheet with all 250 keywords I'm tracking.)

That's the cool thing about now having four months of data in my spreadsheet and adding more every month -- I can start to find patterns and signals, then use them in my own content creation. 🎯
