AI Overviews in real estate now above 50% of all searches

The number of real estate searches producing an AI Overview (AIO) in Google's search results is now above 50%!

As of October 2, 136 of the 250 keywords I'm tracking produced an AI Overview -- that comes out to 54%.

There was A LOT of change this month in terms of which keywords do and don't lead to an AIO. What I mean is that there were a lot of keywords that switched from "Yes" AIO to "No" AIO this month and vice versa.

Here are some of the keywords that did NOT produce an AIO in September but did this month:

• top 10 curb appeal tips

• what is earnest money

And here are some of the keywords that DID produce an AI Overview last month but did NOT this month:

• cost of living seattle vs portland

• how to sell a house fast near richland, wa

• things to do before selling a house

• how to improve curb appeal

• is it safe to live in a condo
